  13. John Miles on vocals. He was a disco guy in the 70s. Page was probably thinking of starting a real band with him. Never came too be.

  14. Jimmy is my favorite of all time but this is painful to see . Did his guitar tech forgot to tune his guitar. Never cared for the tone of his red les paul after he changed out the original Gibson t top pickups for a set of duncans . He seemed to prefer the red les paul for over the hills he used the red one for of the hills in the 70s quite a bit

  20. Thank you for posting this! Where did you get it? Is it video you shot yourself at that show?
I remember seeing at least one story back in '88 about Page's "Outrider" Tour, on MTV's News and/or Week in Rock segment and wish I had been able to catch the show when it came through town. Can't believe that is now over 30 years ago! To put that in perspective, there were not even ten years gone since the end of Led Zeppelin, when this concert happened.

  21. Poor Jimmy, he was at his worst days at this pos-zeppelin time. (Not musically speaking, but about himself with the drugs, but this affects the music too, unfortunatly)

  31. ok say what you wanna say but the gibson version of prelude sounds better than the fender. jimmy really knew his gibsons.

  34. That looks like the red Les Paul with the Parsons B-bender. Unlike the 1953 Telecaster, installing the B-bender ruined the sound because so much of the body had to be removed.
