I remember when Perry Farrell seemed like the most innovative & creative artist in all of music. Now he reminds me of the old ladies with dementia that I used to take care of when I was a nursing assistant.
I love how he communicates in broken English with the audience. I'm not sure if it's him just being funny or he's taken way to many psychedelics or both. Either way, great show minus the cringe conversations…
I'm 66 and only discovered these guys 10 years ago. Then I bought all their music and just absolutely fell in love with it. I've been to Cali many times and to me, this stuff is like driving all over the state and seeing all the beauty there. But it's more than that. I just love their stuff. So different from anyone else out there, and so mysterious and spacey.
This seems like the band Josh was supposed to be in. He is absolutely killing those parts. Unbelievable performance. Perry is such a pro front man too in his Legend years! Love this band.
