My dad was in his 60's and working security for the Oklahoma state fairgrounds back in 91 after he retired at GM. Said he ran into a bunch of guys on a golf cart, driving recklessly. Said they were "the crows or something." Were all drunk or high. Warned them to settle down. Said they were nice though. I tried to explain who they were but he didn't seem interested. Who makes music like this anymore?
reading about the feud between steve gorman and the robinson's brothers (about money, of course) is pretty sad. they are business men. back in 93, it was all about rock, nothing else
20:41 no matter how I'm feeling it seems these brothers playing music or talking ..when I hear it and see it, I get a sense of well-being. It's as though I know them. I've never even seen them live. Always liked them but lost track several years ago. Just recently through YouTube I've been able to get to see and hear them. They were in Missoula last year I'm not far from there in Idaho. If I would have known how I feel now about their presence. Their band with them in it together. Brothers don't ever leave each other again. Please. I love you both as much as I can from videos right? Your music makes my world go round in a good way! Loves Grace t.
Thanks for sharing this! I have fond memories of listening to this up in Dallas with a beautiful 23 year old blond while partying, recording it to cassette tape (then to CDR) and enjoying the show for many years. I’ve long since lost my tales, and the girls number…oh hell I can’t even remember her name. It was a good night, and this brings back those memories.
These guys were absolutely killin' it at this stage in their career. Saw this tour in Boston and they rocked and jammed harder than anyone I had ever experience up to that point. This video brings back that excitement of a live band totally laying it out there and showing everyone how it's done. And that boy can sure dance!!
Me and my buddy Glenn were there, won two tickets at the local radio station, what a night ! They brung it! It was like the Coliseum from back in 1972, a time travel!
I love this whole entire show… I have cried a little I have enjoyed it sooo much. I feel so elated, that I am shaking with goosebumps.!!!!!!!…… Thank you so much ' The Black Crowes'. My heart and soul are with you. ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Flaxonsaxon 🖤🖤🖤🖤
Hey, If you add a timestamp of 00:00:00 to the description Youtube will chapter the video out (easier to select songs). Don't know if you reade comment notifications, but yea if you do it'd be cool if you could add "00:00:00 Intro" as the top line above the other songs in the description. Without a 00:00:00 timestamp Youtube doesn't segment out the seek bar. Thx either way for the channel/shares.
Saw my first Crowes show on this tour in Ann Arbor Michigan at the beautiful hill auditorium. My mom and I were hooked; we saw every show possible of theirs until she passed in 07'. Amazing memories with the Crowes!
I guess it' s the high as the moon tour. I saw them 92 in Berlin and it' s funny to know that they played Houston in front of 15k fans. In the Berlin show they played in front of, let' s say, 1.500 people A very small venue, hot, steamy, loud but so great One of the best shows I' ve seen
Youve gotta love the fact that these guys are out there doing their thing, trying to figure it out. Future Manager rolls in on them and says yall should be playing in open tunings. Tune to Open G. So Rich does, and they go and write the shake your money maker album within a month or so of that. hahahaha Just that alone lets you know how magical these boys were, by the time you introduce Eddie Harsch and Marc Ford into the mix they just helped to blow the fucking top off. Greatest Rock N Roll Soul Band to ever do it… Period.

Tupac, Van Halen and The Black Crowes was the best of the 90's
Saw this tour in Austin- I was hooked- we had a BLAST- I remember thinking “ finally! These are my PEOPLE!” ❤
When I grow up, I want to be Marc Ford
That FAT Johnny Colt bass, man. Wow.
Great audio!
I. WAS. THERE!
One of the tightest, greatest live rock and roll bands.
yes, we all are protected…. as long as you are taking control… protect your light…

I'm only here to say that The Black Crows Suck Donkey Balls.
Rest in peace to the Sam Houston coliseum. It was demolished in 1998.
Lots of wwf wrestlers from the 80s and 90s used to wrestle at that place in the 80s.
That place was full of history of Houston wrestling by Paul boesh.
The very last performance at this legendary venue. It grew too old for itself eventually, I guess.
I was there.👍
If there was ever a signature song…
It's definitely bad luck blue eyes
Thank you! Amazing audio quality and separation!
The Stones without Mick Taylor will be overwhelmed by these lads !

What is wrong with rock and roll music today? The black crowes used it up in 1992!!!!!!!
Every band needs such a Front Man!

fuckin amazing, in their pomp
is this cameraman on acid??
