Joe could have just as easy gone into standup comedy. He is unbelievably hilarious…. it just takes people a minute. I don't know how he thinks up those jokes, but they are classic. I'm glad he chose music as he has ALWAYS been one of my alltime favorites.. but he is freaking hilarious… if you just listen

Whenever I don't feel like practicing for whatever reason, I just listen to Joe and no matter what song he may be playing and his melodies give me a feeling that makes me forget why I didn't want to practice in the 1st place,,!! Then I make myself finally quit listening and start my practice! He is truly inspiration in every aspect of the word! Thank You Joe!! Been a fan over 50yrs and always will be!!!

Been a major fan of Joe's early solo work and "So What" is one of my top five all time albums. It was great to hear him kick off this show with "Welcome To The Club" , the first cut off the "So What" LP! I did him play once in Milwaukee, WI, at the Riverside Theater in the mid 70's.
