Slash is an absolute living legend!! Always been my top 3 guitarists and Appetite for Destruction was my first cassette back when I was in elementary school in the mid 80's 🤘🏼

Absolute best tone Slash ever had. Incredible, he was at his peak here. He’s still incredible of course, but I think this is the pinnacle of his playing and showcasing all his projects together in one venue.

I saw them on this tour in NZ – as a massive Guns'n'Roses and Velvet Rovolver fan (saw them both too) I can honestly say that I am glad to have witnessed Slash at his peak during this tour. His playing was flawless and Myles' singing was far superior to Axl at that time, amazing stuff.
I actually came away from that show feeling like that was better than seeing the actual G'n'R.

I came to watch this for nostalgic purposes, was not disappointed!!

Myles doing old G'n'R ain't 1/2 bad. No rasp though. That's what made Axl so good. Though he could hit some incredible highs he still sounded like he smoked a pack of Marlboros and drank a fifth of Jack every morning for breakfast. Made him such a unique vocalist. I'm not even big into G'n'R. They got a handful killer tunes, though. Myles to me sounds more like Steve Perry (Journey) doing a Chris Robinson (Black Crows) impression. He's pretty dang good, though. Incredibly bluesy and soulful for how clean his voice is. He literally sounds like a black chick singing in church sometimes lol
