  7. I think the absolutely coolest thing about this video is that the guitar that John is playing is either a replica or the guitar that Jimi Hendrix hand-painted. I haven’t done any research into it but I recognized the guitar as one of Jimis

  20. It's not a silly little moment

It's not the storm before the calm

This is the deep and dying breath of

This love that we've been working on

Can't seem to hold you like I want to

So I can feel you in my arms

Nobody's gonna come and save you

We pulled too many false alarms

    We're going down

And you can see it too

    We're going down

And you know that we're doomed

    My dear

We're slow dancing in a burning room

I was the one you always dreamed of

You were the one I tried to draw

How dare you say it's nothing to me?

Baby, you're the only light I ever saw

I'll make the most of all the sadness

You'll be a bitch because you can

You try to hit me just to hurt me

So you leave me feeling dirty

    'Cause you can't understand

    We're going down

And you can see it too

    We're going down

And you know that we're doomed

    My dear

We're slow dancing in a burning room

Go cry about it, why don't you?

Go cry about it, why don't you?

Go cry about it, why don't you?

My dear, we're slow dancing in a burning room

    Burning room

    Burning room

Don't you think we oughta know by now?

Don't you think we should have learned somehow?

Dont you think we oughta know by now?

Dont you think we should have learned somehow?

Don't you think we oughta know by now?

Don't you think we should have learned somehow?

    Hemos alzado demasiadas falsas alarmas

  31. This is the song that got me to notice Mayer. I assumed he was just another pretty boy making music for girls. That can be blamed for a few songs like Wonderland. But then he came out with an album in 2009 or so that got the guitar vibes i craved. So i hooked on his music and its only gotten better and better. Then out of nowhere he plays with the frigggin Dead!!!!! That could have ended him if it didn't work out but he stood up to the challenge. Yeah, my own comment feels cheesy but its early and i'm just typing my thoughts.

Anyways he spent the time to learn Jerry's style and he filled in with grace and respect and brought the Dead back to life once again. John spends hours and hours in the studio. I only know that from some interview i randomly found. He has broken through the matrix and mastered his craft. So glad he wasn't just another pop music one album hit. He has a lot left in the tank. He fills in a gap in the music scene like a puzzle piece.
