I was a freshman in 85 and my football coach was a metal head. Before games they’d turn out the lights in the locker room so it was pitch black and blast a metallica tune to get us pumped for the games.

Tight, great tempo (Lars), James voice top form, all of them around 22 or 23. And NO GOOFING around on stage like they do today. I loved when they took themselves to SERIOUSLY when playing shows. Now it's like hey we're a billion dollar band, we can mess up, talk on stage, and no care about what we're doing anymore. Boy how it shows now! Though I was only 10 here. lol
