If you’ve been paying attention, you’ve heard that cannabis can really help with focus and productivity. But it’s not just about THC and CBD. In fact, there’s a game changer in cannabis that you probably don’t even know about, and it’s turppen. In this video, I’m going to show you which turppen are scientifically linked to dopamine support, how to actually use them for better focus, and what intentional cannabis consumers get right that most people miss entirely. Hi, I’m Tabitha Fritz. I’m the founder of Level Up and I’m an intentional cannabis educator. I teach people how to use cannabis so that they can align with their body instead of escaping from it. So they can feel good, stay motivated, and have clarity about their work and actually get things done. So if you’re tired of feeling foggy, overstimulated, or scattered, then this video is for you. Stick around. Let’s get into it. Okay, here are the three main topics that we are going to cover in today’s video. Number one, I’m going to give you the top three turppins that support dopamine and cognitive performance in your body. Number two, I’m going to tell you why the terms indica and sativa are outdated and what you should be looking for instead. And then number three, we’re going to talk about how you can build a tarpinrich cannabis ritual that actually supports your goals instead of detracting from them. We want to support your focus, not steal it. So that’s what we’re going to talk about in today’s video. Okay, the first thing that we’re going to talk about is why turppins are probably more important than you think. So turppins are a topic that people who after they’ve been consuming cannabis for a while usually start to hear and think about and talk about turppins. Turppen are the aromatic molecules that occur in the cannabis plant and in actually every plant that’s grown and in other things too. There are turppins in animals. There are turppins in sea creatures. There are all kinds of turppins. They are basically the scent molecules that make up our world. And every different scent is going to have a slightly different molecular structure and a different expression. And because of that, the different molecular structures will interact with the molecules in your brain, including dopamine, in their own unique ways. Now, in general, when we think about how tarpen work in cannabis, it actually has to do with a part of the brain called the lyic system. When you breathe in cannabis or anything that has a scent, the scent molecules are they’re actual like little molecules and they travel up into your nose and they interact with your olfactory system. Now, your olfactory system is the part of your brain that smells stuff. You have an alactory bulb that comes right down in here and it interacts with the receptors in your nose to bring the signals from your nose up into your brain so that your brain can then interpret them and go, “Oh, yeah, no, that smells like a wet dog. gross. Or that smells like apple pie, delish. Or that smells like a funky musty basement. I don’t I mean, I like grandma, but I don’t want to go down into her basement. Right? So, your brain makes necessarily makes feelings and moods and emotional associations with the different smells that it interacts with in the world. That’s how you stay safe, right? If you smell something and it’s a plant and the last time you ate that plant, you got violently ill, then your brain says don’t eat that thing again, right? Or if you smell a skunk, right? You come, you encounter a creature in the wild and you smell a skunk, you know that you don’t want to interact with it and you can get out, right? So your your the alactory system, it’s a warning signal in your brain because that’s how your brain keeps you safe. It’s a very basic function. Now, we also have emotions that are associated with certain scents. If you think about the way you feel when you smell um let’s say a rose, right? A rose can be a very spiritual scent for some people. In fact, it’s one of the most high vibration scents that we have on the planet. And it can impact you in an emotional and physical way. In fact, because of the emotions that are being expressed when you smell that scent. Well, you know, if you think about, here’s another example. If you smell a lemon, are you going to feel more uplifted and bright and alert, or are you going to feel like you’re ready for bed? Right? Lemons are they’re typically used in cleaning products because they smell clean, they smell fresh, they smell uplifting. Whereas if you were to smell lavender that would make you more sleepy because of the combination of the scents the turppen the scent molecules in that particular fragrance your they elicit an emotional response through your lyic system. Now when you smell something and it interacts with the alactory system the alactory system is located right next to the lyic system in the brain. And the lyic system is the part of your brain that deals with things like uh your mood uh uh your physical response to emotions. It could be things like your breathing rate. It could have be things like your heart rate. It can be things like um your eye movements system. It’s also where memory formation occurs. So that’s why if you know you’ve ever smelled something and you’re like, “Oh my god, that reminds me of being a little kid and I haven’t smelled this scent in, you know, 30 years or whatever it is.” But immediately you’re transported back to that time and place when you smelled that scent. That’s your lyic system at work. That’s the memory formation that has been associated with that particular smell that your brain goes boom, it’s right here. Here’s the memory. Okay? That’s how tarpen work. It’s the same thing when you consume cannabis. If you consume cannabis that is full of uplifting tarpen, then you’re going to have a more uplifting experience. Typically, we would call this a sativa like experience because there are uplifting can or uplifting turppins in that cannabis plant. If you have turppins that are more sedating that make you want to rest and relax and potentially fall asleep, we would probably call that an indacica plant. In general, it’s the turppins that are going to affect your experience with cannabis and guide it into be more uplifting or more sedating or more creative or any of the other number of things that a cannabis experience can be because those tarpen are what is guiding your emotions and your mood during that experience. Now, let’s talk about the three top turppins that you should know about for focus and productivity. Not only because of the way that they interact with the lyic system and the emotion in your body. So they make you feel productive and uplifted and and focused, but they also interact with your dopamine receptors as well. Okay. So number one, let’s talk about lemonine. Now lemonine is found in uh citrus peels. So it’s not the flesh of the fruit itself, but it’s primarily found in the peels of limes and oranges and lemons. and it boosts dopamine, serotonin, and norepinephrine levels in the brain. So, it’s going to give you quite a boost of those feel-good focus uh productive molecules in the brain and allows you to focus more and feel more productive and motivated to get things done. As a result, it feels very uplifting and bright and energizing. If you think about the way that you feel when you smell a lemon or when you smell a lemon scented cleaning product, right? is very uplifting. It’s very bright. It’s very energizing. Now, there have been quite a few studies done in uh mice and rats, not in humans. But in those studies, we do see that lemonine has been shown to act as a natural anti-depressant. So, it enhances dopamine transmission in mood related brain regions. So, we do see that it improves dopamine transmission. And there’s more dopamine in the brain, especially in regions that have to do with your mood, which means you’re going to have a more uplifted mood. It’s a natural anti-depressant when you’re consuming or breathing in lemonine. Now, again, remember this was a uh a study that was done on rodents and mice are not men as they say, so we can’t completely extrapolate this data, but we can make some assumptions that it probably has a similar functionality in human brains as well. Now, lemonine is best for creative work, visioning sessions, or overcoming sluggish energy. It’s great in the morning when you’re feeling unmotivated, but you know you’ve got some work to get done. So, you can, you know, either consume a cannabis product with that is high in lemonine or you can actually do it yourself by making a lemon tea or by even smelling some lemon rind. You know, you can take a citrus peeler and peel a little bit of a lemon rind and then smell that. That’s going to give you some lemonine. You do it with an orange peel or a lime peel as well. That will increase the levels of lemonine in your body just through smelling them. So, that’s one way that you can try it. Uh, great for creative work, right? If you’re doing something creative, you can just keep a bit of lemonine or uh some citrus peel next to you and smell it as you’re going, as you’re working, right? Because it will give you some of that upliftment and creative focus. It smells like lemon, orange peel, citrus. Like I said, it comes from citrus peels. So that’s what you’re going to smell when you smell it. And some examples of strains that may be rich in lemonade could be super lemon haze. So anything with a lemon in the uh the name is probably going to be high in lemonine. Jack hair can often be high in lemonine and lemon royale. Right. Again, we see lemon in the name. So if you are in a location where you have tarpine profiles printed on your bags or you have them available maybe in a QR code on the producers’s website, I would definitely encourage you to take a look at the turppins in that product and you want to look for something that’s limiting dominance. So it’s got limiting in one of its top two or three turppins that is going to give you a more uplifting experience and allow you to capture the benefits of that specific tarpine. Like I said, you don’t have to do it with cannabis. You can get actual little bottles of turppen and then just sort of smell them and it’ll give you the same effect. Or you can find things in nature or in your kitchen that that turppy naturally occurs in like I mentioned citrus peels. Uh, also I think rosemary is high in lemonine. Rosemary is also high in linol, so maybe don’t do that one. But there are other things that are high in lemonine as well that you can use to capture the same benefits. Okay, so that’s lemonine. Let’s also talk about alphapinine. Now, alphapinine is super cool. It supports dopamine synthesis, which means that it supports your body producing more dopamine out of the precursors, out of the precursor molecules in the body. It enhances your working memory and it improves alertness. So there have been a number of studies done with alphapinine and this is on humans as well that shows that alphapinine not only does not hurt memory but it actually improves memory. So people were shown a bunch of different words and then asked two minutes later to reproduce those words and one group was given nothing and one group was given alphapinine. And the group that was given alphapinine were actually better at reproducing the list of words in an accurate way than the people who were not given anything at all. So this shows that alphapinine actually improves memory retention. It makes it easier to remember things when you have some alphapinine in your system. It somehow makes it easier for your brain to remember stuff. Pining also improves alertness. If you think about maybe the way that you would feel if you’re walking through a pine forest, that’s an example of of pining, a pining rich environment, right? It’s it’s sort of energizing and it makes you alert. That smell of pine, that scent of pine, especially when it’s, you know, not not in an air freshener. It’s actually the actual scent. So, alphapinine would be another focus inducing or focus improving, focus helping tarpine. It feels very clear and focused and alert when you consume it. It doesn’t, you know, it doesn’t make you feel high or muddy at all. Very clear. According to the research, alphapinine does some very cool things. First of all, it boosts the BDNF in your hippocampus. Okay, so the hippocampus is part of your brain, a region of your brain, and BDNF stands for brain derived neurotrophic factor. It’s a protein that plays a crucial role in your brain in terms of learning and memory formation. Alphapinine actually gives you more of this molecule, this BDNF in your brain which helps your brain adapt and function properly and supports your learning, your memory and your overall cognitive health. Okay, so it’s a brain booster. Alphapinine first of all is a brain booster. It also supports dopamine regulation in your brain through interacting with certain receptors. So, it improves the regulation which means that your dopamine is expressed when it’s supposed to. You get the right amount of dopamine for the the purpose that it’s being expressed for. Your brain is making enough dopamine. So, it helps to support the appropriate amounts of dopamine in your brain through various receptor sites. This makes alphapinine really good for things like deep work. if you want to sit and focus for a long period of time and get some really deep work done. It makes it really good for things like analytical tasks where you need to analyze stuff or maybe look at a whole bunch of data or figure things out. It makes it good for study sessions where you’re reading things that you need to remember and take with you into future assignments or into a test. And it’s also really good for structured creative problem solving for times and and areas where you have a structured process of problem solving, but you still need to be able to think outside the box and be creative and and come at it in a different way and think of different approaches. It’s going to help you do that because it gives you support for being structured at the same time that it opens up your brain and lets you explore some of the creative options that could be elsewhere. Alpha pinine smells like pine needles. Like I said before, it’s one of the it’s it occurs in conifers. So, it’s going to smell for sure like pine needles. It’s also in rosemary 100%. There’s quite a bit of pining in rosemary. Actually, pining occurs in in pretty much most green things that you would come across, herbs and spices and things like that. There’s going to be a bit of pining in them. But it would be strongest in things like, you know, pine trees or conifers or rosemary is a good example as well. You’re going to find a lot of alpha pinine in strains like blue dream, uh, Dutch treat and canotonic can be high in alpha pining as well. So again, these are just examples. There was a, uh, a leafly I think it was leafly study that was done a few years ago where they looked at blue green strains across the United States. So they took a whole bunch of different blue dream strains from every different place and they tested them all and they all came back completely different like totally different tarpin profiles totally different cannabonoid ratios uh not consistent at all. So just because something is named one thing does not mean that it’s going to be the same from one place to another or even one grower to another. Right? Like there are lots of different ways to grow cannabis plants and get them to express different tarpen or different cannabonoid ratios. So, as much as possible, you want to look at the labels on the packages and you want to take a look at it and say, “Okay, like what does it say the levels of alphapinine are in this package compared to the other turppins because it it just because something’s a blue dream doesn’t mean it’s going to be high in alpha pin.” You want to go in, you want to check, you want to take a look at the individual package as much as you’re able to do. So, bearing that, like if you can’t get at the package, but if it’s deli style and you can open up the jar and smell it, take a nice whiff, right? The nose knows. Does it smell a little bit piny at all? Even if you don’t have any any idea about the turppins in there, you can kind of see if it it smells a little bit of pine. But also, in that case, what you would want to do is just open up the jar and take a whiff and then see how you feel because your body is going to tell you whether or not that strain is right for you. Your body very clearly sends you messages. And if you smell something and go, “Oh, that smells bad. that smells, you know, like hay or it smells like mold or it smells gross or whatever to you. Somebody else might come along and smell it and be like, “Oh, that smells amazing.” Because it’s right for them and their body and their needs in that moment. But if it’s not right for you, it’s not going to smell good. You’re not going to you’re not going to want it. Right? So that’s really truly the best way to buy cannabis with intention is to go smell it because your nose will tell you what you need. So, if you don’t have access to any of the turppins, but it’s a deli style shop or you’re purchasing in the legacy market and you can, you know, see the product before you purchase it, then that is going to give you an indication. Always smell the product if you can. That will give you pretty much the best idea about the turppins in that product and how they’re going to impact and affect your body. The nose knows as they say. Okay. So, we talked about um lemonine, we talked about alphapinine, and we’re going to talk about lol. Now linolul is not it is uh um commonly found in cannabis but not usually in high amounts. You are going to usually see trace amounts of linolul in cannabis and it’s not associated with upliftment or memory retention or focus. It’s actually associated with relaxation. And the reason that we’ve included it, however, here is because in fact, linolul does increase your dopamine receptor sensitivity, which means that you become more sensitive to the dopamine that’s in your body, which means that even if you only have a little bit of dopamine, you can use what you’ve got to get motivated and get going or get focused. Okay? So, it improves your dopamine receptor sensitivity. It makes your brain more sensitive to the dopamine that’s already there. So if you’re a person who uh suffers from lower dopamine, perhaps you have ADHD, maybe you’re very burnt out, then linolul could be a very supportive and restorative tarpine for you and your dopamine levels. It also regulates stress induced dopamine deficiency. So like I said, if you’re feeling burnt out, it linolu can provide additional support in regulating that uh deficiency for you. So, it’s going to support the appropriate levels of dopamine in your brain. It’s going to support your body producing those appropriate levels of dopamine in your brain. So, it’s more of a less of a like here, let’s get focused. Let’s use this tarpine to get focused and and get work done. And more of let’s use this tarpine to support our overall well-being and support our dopamine production and regulation within our bodies on an ongoing basis. When you consume linolul, it feels very calm. It feels very grounding and it feels very restorative. We have quite a bit of research into linolul. It is one of the most commonly used tarpen in different kinds of products in manufacturing and so we do have quite a bit of research into it and we know that it reduces sympathetic nervous system activation. What that means is that it pulls you out of your fight orflight response. Right? So it I don’t know if you’ve been living in the world in 2025, but it’s very easy to be in a fight orflight response all the time, right? Everything’s crazy, everything’s challenging, and the world is a bit wild. So many of us are in fight or flight. But that linolul, it actually can help to pull your body out of that. It can reduce that sympathetic nervous system activation. It can make you remember that no, you are in fact safe and you don’t have to be in fight or flight all the time. You can relax and you can recover and it in fact according to research it also is used as a mood booster. It improves mood. So it’s used as a natural anti-depressant and it is used for recovery. Right? So for people who have been struggling with mood disorders or struggling with mood challenges, it works for that as well. It helps with the recovery of uh mood disorders as well. So, lolul is best for dopamine resets. So, if you have, you know, you’re at a a point where your dopamine has been depleted, you’re in a very low dopamine part of your life. So, you’ve been in fight of fight or flight for a long time, you’re feeling very burnt out from work, you uh are having trouble resting or feeling restored after you rest. linolul can be very useful in supporting that sort of dopamine reset. So I’m I’m intentionally going to engage in this thing where I, you know, try to reset my dopamine levels and try to stop engaging in activities that overexpress dopamine and instead get myself back to a baseline. So lolul can definitely support you during that process if that’s something that you’re doing. It’s also very good for an end of the day ritual, right? So, a lot of strains that are labeled as indacica because they’re relaxing will have linolul in them because they um that it it’s one of the most relaxing turppins that we have. So, if you see a strain that’s very relaxing, it’s been labeled as indica labeled as relaxing, check out the linol levels on it. It’s probably somewhat high. And that means that you can use lolul at the end of the day for relaxation. Whether that’s a strain that’s high in linolule or it’s you know an actual tarpin that you get that you smell or maybe it’s lavender right so there are some plants and herbs that are high in linolul and lavender is the most classic one you can just in fact get some lavender to smell or some lavender essential oil you can put it in a a diffuser right so that’s an end of the day relaxation and it’s also useful for burnout prevention so if you realize that you’re getting to a point where you’re expressing too much dopamine. You’re having a, you know, a hard time. You’re constantly doing things that are giving you a lot of dopamine. You maybe are scrolling on social media all the time or you’ve been doing a lot of online shopping and it’s, you know, you’re sensing that it’s coming to a point where it’s not healthy. You’re becoming burnt out. It can help you in that instance as well. And it can help prevent that burnout and help you come back sort of from the edge back to yourself so that you can catch yourself and uh prevent that from occurring. Linolul smells like lavender. Like I said, it’s, you know, that’s one of the most classic applications of linol. We see it in lavender a lot. If you have some lavender, you stick your face in it, that’s full of linenol. You’re smelling a lot of it. It’s sort of like a sweet spicy smell. Uh, and you’ll it will occur in a lot of floral scents as well. So there’s a lot of linolule in many many flowers. Uh and it’s a very like a sweet sort of spicy floral smell is what linolul smells like the the the tarpine by itself. And some products that you can check out to see if you can find uh high amounts of linolul in them would be la confidential lavender kush or doce. So those three strains can be high in linolule. Not necessarily because like I explained before, they’re all going to be different, a little bit unique. Anyways, but those are three that you can start with that you can check out. If you’re purchasing in a regulated shop, you can always speak to the bud tender. They usually have a little bit of a better idea about what’s available in store. Uh, and sometimes they can look things up depending on where you are. Like if you’re in Canada, which is where I am, bud tenders may be able to actually look up through their POS system what strains they have in store that would be high in a particular tarpin that you’re looking for. So there are also you can also get edibles that have tarpen in them. Um they they’re um it’s a topic for another video whether or not dietary turppins have the exact same effects as inhaled turppins. We do know that some tarpen definitely have effects when you ingest them. Beta is an example of that. Uh but like I said, it’s another video. We won’t get into it now. But you can find edibles that are high in tarpen. And if you’re interested in exploring more with these three turppins or any other turppins as well, that is one way to also uh consume them. So you can try that in addition to cannabis strains. You can look for edibles that are high in tarpen and try it. You know, keep a journal, try it with an intention. I’m going to, you know, try this edible that’s high in lemonine to see if it helps me stay focused and get energized and be motivated. Um, here’s how I’m feeling before I take it. I take it. I wait an hour. I feel the effects. Here’s how I feel now. Right? So, when you keep track of that consumption, you’re able to tell over time. This thing worked for me. This thing did not work for me. It works for me sometimes, not other times. Again, I always say this, you know this if you watch any of my other videos, it’s I’m obviously going to be like, “Keep track, keep a journal.” So, please do that. Um, keep a journal. Keep track. If you need help, I have a free one in the description. Here’s a way that you can build a tarpin-based focus ritual. I always say ritual because it’s just sort of a a way to be intentional about approaching something, approaching a situation. Once you know which tarpen actually support your brain, you can stop guessing. You can start building rituals for your own consumption that actually work for you, that actually help you do what you need to do. So, here’s a way that you might approach it. Number one, you’re going to start with your energy goal, right? Like, what are you looking to do? Are you working in the morning and you want to sit down and you want to write out your whole vision and your plan for the week? You might want lemonine for that, right? It’s going to get you uplifted. It’s bright. It’s energizing. It gets you focused right in the morning. Are you waiting until 10:30 and you’re going to do a 2hour deep work block before you break for lunch? You might want pining for that. It helps with deep work. It helps with ongoing long-term focus. It helps with alertness. Pining might be a really good resource for that specific outcome. Now, maybe you’re just looking for an emotional reset. In that case, you’d want to look to linolul, right? because pining and limiting aren’t going to support you in the same way that linolule would with an emotional reset with a a time to take a relaxation and rest and some recovery. Now, of course, there’s a gazillion other turppins. There are, I think, over 190 or something different turppins that have been identified in cannabis plants. So, there are many, many, many turppins that actually will all provide their own different and unique effects. So, it’s about understanding the potential effects that you can get from a particular tarpin. I have given you three here in this video that can help with your dopamine, that can help with your focus, that can help with your uh productivity, but there are lots of other ones and they can help with different things as well. So, when we’re talking about tarpen, it’s really about understanding that first of all, we want to not be shopping by strain, but we want to be shopping for a state. We want to be shopping for an energetic outcome. What is the state that you’re looking for? Is it morning visioning? Is it deep work focus? Is it relaxing in the evening? Is it creativity? Is it running a marathon? Is it uh playing the clarinet? Like whatever. What is the thing that you’re that you’re what is the activity that you’re looking to support? That’s the first thing that you want to think about. And then we’re going to find a tarpine to match that activity. Then the next thing that you’re going to do once you’ve decided what the energetic outcome and the tarpine you’re going to use for that is to choose your method of consumption. So, if you want fast onset and for a lot of control over your dosage and how it impacts you, you’re going to look for a one-h hitter or a vape, right? I I’m going to put the dried bud right in there. I’m going to inhale it. It’s going to give me effects right away, and I’m going to see how it’s how it’s impacting me and how it’s working for me. If you’re looking for a deeper session, so maybe you want to get into a deep work block with alpha pinine. In that case, an edible might be more appropriate because the effects are going to last longer, right? The effects of an edible can last anywhere from like two, three, up to six, eight, even 12 hours for an unusually high dose. So, if you want to use cannabis for an extended deep work session, using an edible could be a very good application for that particular purpose because the effects are going to last a bit longer. And like I said before, you definitely want to check the label, check the CFA if it’s available to you. Sometimes there’s a QR code on the package or you can scan it and it takes you to the CFA. We are still currently in the US in the wild wild west of regulation when it comes to cannabis. In Canada, things are a lot more standard. There are a lot of regulations about how you can package things, what’s required to be on the packaging. Tarpen are not required to be on the packaging, but many companies are including them because they’ve realized that it’s important information and it helps consumers make an informed decision. And then you’re actually going to pair those things together, right? So if you have chosen for uh you know early morning visioning and you’re using lemonine, you’re going to use lemonine and immediately get into it. If you’re going to do a deep work block with your alpha pinine, you take your alpha pinine edible. The soon as you you feel it start kicking in, then you start to get to work on your deep work block. You don’t wait. You’re not wasting it. You’re not going to sit here and scroll on reals on your phone when you feel the limiting start to kick in. You’re going to sit and you’re going to focus and be intentional about your relaxation that you’ve consumed this product to engage in. Remember that when it comes to using tarpen in this in these ways, cannabis isn’t the focus. It’s just the primer for the experience. It’s the thing that’s going to help you walk into the experience that you’re looking to have. It’s not about getting high in this moment or just focusing on the cannabis itself. It’s about saying, “Okay, I’ve consumed this cannabis and now it’s going to open the door for me to go into this experience that I chose to walk into intentionally.” So now that you have a a good idea about how tarpen work and can impact your experience, especially if you’re using them for focus or motivation or productivity, here’s a little tip that I would give you. So I would recommend that you come up with your own little triple tarpin stack. Okay? So the three activities that you would want to use tarpen for, whatever that is for you, I’ve given you three in this video. So the three that I would use them for would be my morning visioning. Like a Monday morning, I’m going to sit down. I’m going to get focused. I’m going to get real, you know, clear on my work for the week, what it is that I need to do, what it is that I want to build, and how I’m going to build out my work structure, right? So, if I know that that’s something that I want to do every Monday morning or, you know, maybe it’s a Tuesday if it was a holiday, whatever, I know that this is something I do at the beginning of my week, I’m going to figure out the strain that is right for me to use for that purpose each time or the product if not a strain, right? Same with a deep work block. I have a deep work block. Let’s say maybe three days a week I sit down and I work for two hours in a block, right? Or whatever it might be for you. I have over time figured out which products and strains work best for me to do that. Right? So the three areas that I would encourage you to think about coming up with a strain for would be focus, flow, and recovery. What’s going to work best for you to focus? What’s going to work best for you to have a workflow? and what’s going to be work best for you for recovery. You’re probably going to want one high in lemonine, high in alphapinine, high in linolul. So find the strains that are high in those. Try them for different outcomes and see what works for you. Keep track and notice this one works for me. This one works for focus. This one works for, you know, flow. This one works for recovery so that I can be more focused and productive the next day. Recovery is an important part of focus and productivity. Remember that. Track, right? It’s just a simple journal. Track how each one affects your clarity. How does it affect your focus? How does it affect your mood? Does it make it easier to work? Does it make it harder to work? What’s going on? Keep track of that. And then in about two weeks, you’ll be able to look back and you’ll be able to see, okay, these strains improve my dopamine system. When you understand how tarpen work, you can use that knowledge to support the outcomes you’re seeking because you’re able to choose products high in the tarpen that you’re looking for for a specific outcome. Whether that’s focus or flow or recovery. This is part of a series on cannabis use for focus and motivation. I have put together an intentional cannabis focus guide and one of the things in that guide is actually a discussion of some of the turppins that help to improve focus and recovery. The three turppins that we’ve talked about here today in this video are in there. Uh, I’ve given you more information on those turppins as well as some resources that if you’re interested in learning more, you can go explore these other resources and learn more about these specific turppins and other turppins as well. So, that’s a free guide. Feel free to download it. It’s PDF in the description. I’ll put it there as well as a link to the intentional cannabis consumption journal that you can use. If you don’t have a notebook, you want you can just print this paper out and use this to keep track of your consumption and then look back over time and see what patterns are developing. So in conclusion, I just want you to remember that you don’t need more dopamine hits. You need smarter and steadier inputs that actually align with your goals. Turppins are one of the most underutilized and overlooked tools in the system that you can develop to have more focus and productivity and be motivated to get things done. The more that you can learn about them and actually use them in a way that supports your goals and focus, the further ahead you are of everyone else in the pack. I always like to say too, when you’re feeling bad about yourself, just remember that there’s certainly someone that you went to high school with who has no idea what a tarpine is. And here you are watching this video learning about how to use tarpen for your own focus and productivity. So, I would say that you are doing pretty well. Congrats. Congrats to all of us who know about tarpen. It’s fun to know stuff. All right, you guys. Thank you so much for tuning in. I’ll see you in the next one.
