A judge in Fulton County, Georgia, has temporarily ended the threat of raids for shops selling gummies, vapes, or other products that contain delta-8 and delta-10 THC. Lawmakers in Washington state have introduced at least two bills that would bar the sale of hemp-derived THC products including delta-8 THC, currently stocked in convenience stores and smoke shops.
