Norwalk police said an investigation into unlicensed smoke-shop supply chains led to six arrests and the seizure of 96.5 pounds of cannabis, more than $135,000 in cash, illegal cigarettes, and forged tax stamps from a Glenwood Avenue residence.
Authorities described the location as a distribution point serving unlicensed stores in Norwalk and Stamford. The charges remain allegations, and the defendants are entitled to the legal process before any determination of guilt.
